My name is Claire Booth.  ​

Holistic Therapist and Coach, helping you move beyond limiting beliefs and patterns. 

As a new way of living unfolds,  we can find ourselves stuck in outmoded habits and beliefs that no longer serve.   The old way of working and living is no longer delivering best outcomes.    How can you transition?  

Whether you are facing personal challenges, navigating difficulties in your relationships or feeling disconnected from your life then I can help uncover the patterns and feelings that are blocking you from taking positive steps forward.   We start with the physical body, your posture, your lifestyle and work inwards to REBALANCE ENERGETICS.  

We are not here to move quietly into middle age, we are here to thrive.  We are here to enjoy life with more freedom, more choice.   Each of us holds a  Responsibility to Self and be the creator of our personally curated healthy and wealthy life. 

 

​I workied in the media industry for 15 years prior to starting a family and training to work with yoga and holistics. One big realisation is that everything comes down to energy:  energy output, creation of and conservation of our pure life force energy. 

My knowledge of overwhelm and burnout in the workplace is firsthand.    Juggling childcare, work and life challenges can feel like a daily hustle.  

What we strive for is resilience  in mind, body and energy.  There are simple daily hacks we can incorporate into our lives.  Start today!

BODY-MIND INTEGRATION

Our body holds the score of  blocked  emotions and patterns from childhood.   This can lead to a disconnect from the real you, sabotaging future possibilities and best outcomes.  Learn to reconnect with Self. 

PERSONALISED RESILIENCE COACHING

We will work  intuitively, I will guide but the work will be yours.   What are the things that light you up?   What brings lasting change?  It is your responsibility to self to find a way forward.  I can help you rediscover that.

EFT. 

A tapping technique for emotional freedom.  Simple and effective for use at home.  I offer many strategies this being one that clients find useful for daily use.

REBALANCE ENERGETICS

We work with the energetic body to return you to your natural frequency of vitality and peace.  This weaves together energy healings such as reiki, touch point therapy and bio energy to bring about balance and coherence at the deepest level of your being.   

PHYSICAL AND ENERGETIC MASSAGE

By working with the body's fascia and the deeply embedded meridian lines (rather like acupressure but more subtle) we can sense out any blocks or stagnation in the system.  This can often be due to residual emotional trauma sitting in the tissues.    I work with gentle massage techniques, cranio sacral release and gentle facial and crown massage. 

VISUALISATION AND SOUL MEDITATION

For anyone on their soul journey this is essential.  The world has undergone such huge transition in the last number of years and set to continue.   I will share these techniques to help you connect to life at a deeper level.  Trust yourself and the decisions you make for your life.

GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA

To embody all the work we do;  I advise clients to adopt a practice that compliments their busy lifestyle and exercise.  Gentle somatic  movement (such as yoga, tai chi, Qi gong ) helps keep us centred, teaches us to breathe more deeply and shifts energy in the body.
