A supportive and nurturing community created to help individuals cultivate a deeper sense of self, well-being, confidence, resilience and inner peace in their daily lives. This is a weekly container to unwind the body and mind. We will practice somatic yoga (slow and relaxed, suitable for everyone!) and techniques to reconnect to self. Every session will differ, you will be introduced to EFT, Somatics, Nervous System regulation, mindset coaching, journalling, meditation and much more. The Art of Slow Living Sessions offer you the opportunity to: - Take time for yourself to connect - Balance your Nervous System - Raise your frequency - Rewire your thinking patterns - Sharpen your focus and attention These weekly sessions always end with a guided visualisation and full body relaxation.
