A supportive and nurturing community designed to help individuals cultivate a deeper sense of self, well-being, confidence, resilience and inner peace in their daily lives. This is a weekly container to unwind the body and mind. We will practice somatic yoga (slow and relaxed, suitable for everyone!) and techniques to offer you the space to connect. Every session will differ, you will be introduced to EFT, Somatics, Nervous System regulation, journalling, meditation and much more. Experience Mindset coaching for resilience, meditations, and resources for personal growth and development. Life Soul Balance Sessions will help YOU: - Take some time to connect with yourself - Balance your Nervous System - Raise your frequency - Rewire your thinking patterns - Sharpen your focus and attention These weekly sessions always end with a guided visualisation and full body relaxation.
