Holistic Therapist and Yoga Teacher,

I work with you to find solutions to ongoing issues:  posture, chronic pain or misalignment in the body.  As well as deeper emotional  or trauma issues via bio-energetics.   Typically we are working on all levels of the system in tandem as its multi-layered work.  

Sometimes, it takes severe illness or burnout to bring an issue to the surface. Awareness is key to starting any journey .... and we start gently with retraining the physical body,  your posture, your lifestyle and work inwards to REBALANCE ENERGETICS.  

 Midlife years, we usually find the inner alarm system becomes loud, not allowing you to get away with unhealthy lifestyle or holding patterns in your body that no longer serve.    

I work with posture and reflexology to reset the physical and emotional body.   Combining gentle touch with energy work to clear physical and emotional blockages.    You can scroll down to search the modalities I interweave for my clients to REBALANCE ENERGETICS.  

So whether you are in early parenthood, corporate burnout, women in menopause, or experiencing relationship challenges - we can start where you need help most.   We strive for resilience  in mind, body and energy.

BODY-MIND INTEGRATION

Our body keeps the score of  blocked  emotions and patterns from childhood.   This can lead to a disconnect from the real you, sabotaging future possibilities and best outcomes.  Learn to reconnect with Self. 

EFT. 

A tapping technique for emotional freedom.  Simple and effective for use at home.  I offer many strategies this being one that clients find useful for daily use.

REFLEXOLOGY 

This a non invasive complementary therapy that applies gentle targeted pressure to points on the feet, hands or ears to promote overall wellbeing.  This can effectively treat pain, anxiety, insomnia and many other issues.  

REBALANCE ENERGETICS

We work with the energetic body to return you to your natural frequency of vitality and peace.  This weaves together energy healings such as reiki, touch point therapy and bio energy to bring about balance and coherence at the deepest level of your being.   

GENTLE SOMATIC  YOGA

To embody all the work we do;  I advise clients to adopt a practice that compliments their busy lifestyle and exercise.  Gentle somatic movement (such as yoga, tai chi, Qi gong ) helps keep us centred, teaches us to breathe correctly and shifts energy in the body.  

VISUALISATION AND SOUL MEDITATION

For anyone on their soul journey this is essential.  Learn to  connect at a deeper level, use your breath to calm your Nervous System and TRUST yourself and the decisions you make for your life.
